Binky clips are saving us lots of time and frustration with our second baby. We have binkies attached with clips to the car seat and the BabyBjorn so we don’t have to scramble to find one all the time. They’re making my life so much easier, which is why I am going to teach you how to make them. It’s easy.

SUPPLIES

  • 1/4″ – 3/8″ wide ribbon
  • Dangler clips

Start by removing the little hook from the dangler clip by straightening out one end with a pair of pliers and pushing it out one side.

Cut 11″ strips of ribbon.

Wrap one end of the ribbon around the spring in the middle of the clip.

Pull it through so you have a 1″ tail. Fold the tail under 1/4″, pin to a piece of scratch paper.

Fold over 1″ of ribbon on the other end. Fold the end under 1/4″, pin to a piece of scratch paper, and sew both ends down.

That’s it! These make great gifts and have kept our binkies from getting lost!
