MY REVIEW
Play kitchens are such a great play tool because kids love to pretend to be just like the adults in their lives. Kids make-believe play can only center around things they actually see – that’s why they love to play house and pretend to cook. Kids learn so many important skills through their play and make-believe play helps them understand their world.
The Fresh Market Kitchen is so much fun because it’s a kitchen and a store! One side is a very nice kitchen with a microwave, range, oven, sink, refrigerator, and working light. The other side is a little store with some display shelves, a checkout counter WITH cash register (comes with credit card, scanner, and a working calculator). And around the front of the kitchen is a little counter for kids to “order” their food and play restaurant or to use as a table for eating!
The kitchen comes with all the accessories pictured – Elliot’s favorite things are the cash register (of course), the shopping bag, and the working light above the range. He LOVES to imitate the things he sees every time we go to the store and loves to pretend to cook just like Mom. He has swiped almost all my hot pads for his cooking purposes!
Here are some more great things about this kitchen and all Step2 play kitchens:

- fun for one child or many children playing together
- sturdy construction
- neutral color schemes to make them great for girls AND boys
- working parts (calculator and light in the Fresh Market kitchen)
- plenty of storage and work space

Second place will receive a Step2 kitchen of their choice, and third place will receive a $50 gift certificate redeemable at Step2.com.

I love the Fresh Market Kitchen! I can see my daughter and even my sons playing and using their imaginations together. I think it is so neat that there is a store and a kitchen- oh the possibilities!

I love the Naturally Playful sand and water table. It eliminates annoying sand in the shoes and pants. The market kitchen is so cute, great for pretend play I love that one side is a kitchn and the other side is a store.

I would SO love to win this! My kids were eyeballing this at the toy store the other day. So fantastic. Other than the kitchen, they would really like the Extreme Coaster.
The All Around Art table seems like such a great idea. My girls are really into crafts and would enjoy this very much

My daycare kiddos would love the kitchen.. as well as the 50’s diner, the coupe car and lots of other things. I love Step 2.. I know when I purchase a Step 2 item I am going to get Quality that lasts forever.

My favorite product actually is the kitchen shown here: the Step2 Fresh Market kitchen. Love it! I have been shopping around for a play kitchen for my nieces for Christmas and this one caught my eye while shopping around online.
