My
embroidery hoop designs were the main part of the wall decor in my boys’ rooms, and this is what I’ve come up with for the other areas.
Some vinyl African safari animals to match the elephants in Gus’s room.
This one is in Elliot’s room, and I’m going to do the same thing for Gus. Eventually…
I love buntings – we have our Happy Birthday bunting and this is my second. You could do one of these above a child’s bed also with their name or any other fun word. I picked up some knob things from Rod Works to hang the bunting from. And the picture is a little crooked…everything is straight on the wall…
What have you done to decorate your kids’ bedrooms?

I really really like those ideas. I was thinking of family members that are not with us anymore but would like to remember. Not for the kids’ rooms but somewhere in the house.
The animals are too cute. I love that they are at the bottom of the wall. There’s rarely decorations down there.
For my older daughter’s room I have made her hand print into an animal and framed it. This year- year 4- we painted her hand green for the print and made her hand print into a turtle. She now has a turtle, fish, crab and octopus hand print for each year framed on her wall. I haven’t done this for my just turned one year old yet but hopefully soon!
I love the animal parade!!!! What a great idea!!!
Ooh, I love the animal hand print idea! So cute, great idea!
