It looks so fun!! I have a bad memory of going sledding when I was little and on a ski trip with Girl Scouts. I had gone sledding with a friend of mine on the same saucer sled. I was so scared that I asked her to sit in front of me so that I could hide behind her. Well, when we started going faster and faster down the hill, the sled eventually was going down the hill at breakneck speed.....BACKWARDS!!! Then my worst fear happened....we ran into a tree, and since I was in the back and we were sliding down the hill backwards, that meant it was my back that slammed into the tree knocking the wind out ot me. I'll never forget that as long as I live. On the other hand, I used to love to ice skate but can no longer do it due to my chronic pain condition. It's okay, I can have fun watching others do it.
