Easy Dessert – Mint Brownies

One of my favorite sweet things in the world is mint brownies. YUM! I’ve tried several mint frosting recipes, and they all end up tasting a bit too much like toothpaste.

The easiest way I’ve found to make mint brownies is to use a regular brownie mix and sprinkle mint chocolate chips generously over the top. Bake according to brownie instructions and you have yourself some fab mint brownies!

good idea Kelsey ;) that picture is a little deceiving. I thought you were going to give us a recipe to THOSE brownies that are almost too pretty to eat.

I also love mint brownies. Sometimes when I don’t have any of the minty ingredients I’m tempted to go get the toothpaste out and sqeeze a little on top of the chocolatey ingredients. I’ll let you know how it goes if I ever actually try it. :)

Make your favorite brownie recipe . When they come out of the oven top them with 20 Andes mint candies. You can unwrap them while you’re waiting for the brownies to cook. Let them melt on top of the uncut brownies . Spread the melted candy around then cool. Cut them before they cool completely. Yummy.
