Halloween Crazy Crayons
4 commentsWe had just enough broken crayon pieces to make one crazy pumpkin crayon with our Wilton silicone pumpkin mold!
Put your broken crayon pieces into a well greased muffin tin and bake in the oven at 400 degrees until the wax has melted.
Let new crayon completely cool before removing from the muffin tin and then go crazy!!!

We make these every year for Valentine’s day. They give them for their Valentines, and they are a big hit!
Love the pumpkins! My kids and I have only made round ones in grandma’s ancient muffin tin. We have a blast doing them, must sit in front of the oven watching them melt, and they drive me nuts until they’re cool enough to use. Thanks for sharing the pumpkin mold idea and, Jen T, thanks for the V-day idea… off to JoAnn for silicone heart molds!

Really great idea! I have the same pumpkin muffin mold so my question is can you still bake food in them once you have used it for crayons? I mean does it wash out well?
