The pictures of all that beautiful fabric so nicely organized was amazingly inspiring to me this morning! It makes me want to spend the day organizing and categorizing my fabric and also my yarn. (I can’t spend the entire day doing that, but you can bet that I’ll devote a little bit of time, at least! Fun!)

Thanks for this — I’ve been needing to figure out how to store mine neatly yet where I can see them.

OOh, how to store yarn, now that is a good question. Anyone have any ideas about that?

I recently did a bunch of house cleaning/re-organizing but did not do my craft room as I was clueless about what to do with my fabric. Thank you soooooooooo much for this post… I am going out to look for comic book storage boards today!

I think I’m beyond help. But at least I can contemplate becoming a more organized person, even if I don’t actually do it, right?

Wow those pictures are so colorful and beautiful. I can’t wait until my stock is actually up enough to need to organize it!! I do have a mess of yarn in a little plastic bin, that’s my “craft space” how sad!!

I am getting ready to buy my first personal sewing machine. Do you have any recommendations for a good machine? Don’t some of them do embroidery? I want a machine that will be easy enough for me to understand while also one that will grow with me and my abilities. My mother’s sewing machine seemed like it was ALWAYS broken. Is there a way to avoid that?

I just figured since the ladies on here seem to sew a lot, this would be the perfect place to get some unbiased answers! Thanks!

It’s so therapeutic to see picture of well organized studios! Sometimes I just do google searches for them, to help ease my mind, and think….”I can do that”. Never seem to get around to it though. :(

I moved into a new place with the idea that I was going to create a nice, neat sewing space. I’ve been here over 2 months now, and…..haven’t even brought my machine from my old place. It’s disheartening! You’ve inspired me though!

Just gonna stare at the photos a bit longer! ;)
Thx xoxo
