I heard about this great event happening in honor of National Sleep Awareness Week this Thursday in Orem, if you’re a local. doTERRA and BYU’s Recreation Management students are sponsoring a Pajama Rama event to celebrate and promote better sleep habits. It sounds like lots of fun for whole family with games, crafts, healthy snacks, a pajama parade, the Timp Tellers and bedtime stories, and a presentation by doTERRA. And it’s free!
The doTERRA Pajama -Rama will be
- this Thursday, March 5th
- from 6pm to 8 pm
- at Kids on the Move in Orem (475 W. 260 N.)

Orem? Is that in Utah?
If only Omaha were a little closer to Orem. That sounds like a blast. I was just wondering if my son would have a p.j.’s day at school b/c I saw some great ones on sale.
This event looks great! I read about it in the Daily Herald and I’m definitely going to go!
I wish I was a local! That sounds like sooo much fun! Go BYU!!!
