muffin tin advent calendar

I’ve been seeing these muffin tin advent calendars everywhere this year, so I thought I’d use some of the great new Christmas stuff EK Success sent me for review to make one.

I purchased a sheet of magnetic canvas at Roberts and cut it into 24 – 2.5″ squares. Then I cut the paper from the Brenda Walton Evergreen Designer Mat Pad for the background and embellished with some other fun stuff from the Brenda Walton Evergreen collection. I used the Alphabet ChipBox, the Icon Adhesive stickers, and the Snow Globe stickers. Having this collection made embellishing go really fast and it was so much fun!

My sister sent me some advent calendar ideas to put inside the muffin tin. Hopefully she doesn’t mind my sharing it with you…

stamps

And I can’t wait to make some Christmas thank you cards with these Holiday stamps from Inkadinkado. I love all the textures and patterns in all these stamps! You can oogle over the collection here.

writer metallic markers EK SuccessThe last  thing they sent me were these fabulous Writer Metallic markers. The colors are wonderful (purple, silver, gold, blue, green, and pink) and they do write so nice. I can think of a few people who would love to get these for Christmas and they’ll make a great stocking stuffer!

What are your favorite holiday craft supplies and tools?
