Moshi Voice Control Travel Alarm Clock

moshi

Alarm clocks can be a pain, especially when you’re traveling and use one that you’re not familiar with. There’s always a chance that something will go wrong and it won’t go off.

Moshi has a great travel alarm clock that uses voice control technology so you can set your wake time verbally and be certain that you got it right. All you have to do is say, “Set alarm – 6:00am,” and the alarm clock will repeat back what you said and set the alarm.

These are the 9 voice commands:

Time     Tells you the current time
Set Time     Set time by voice
Alarm     Tells you time alarm is set
Set Alarm     Set alarm by voice
Alarm Sound     Choose 1 of 3 available alarms
Turn off the Alarm     Turns off alarm, giving current time
Snooze     Allows you to sleep for 9 more minutes
Temperature     Tells you current temperature
Help     Offers a help menu of assistance

There are also 3 different alarm sounds so you can choose something nice and gentle to wake to instead of that jarring and murderous beeping noise that we all hate!

The Moshi voice control travel alarm clock is compact, easy to use, and makes staying on schedule easy!

Kiwi U-Powered Solar and USB Portable Charger

KiwiChoice

I love this charger because of its solar capabilities. There are quite a few universal chargers out there that are great, but this one is different because besides having the tips to charge the majority of devices, it has solar panels on the surface to charge with the sun.

I took my Kiwi U-Powered camping and felt more safe knowing that my phone would be charged up for our drive home. I’ve found it works faster to charge the charger with the sun first and then use it to charge my devices. Charging with the sun does take longer, but when you don’t have electricity you’re usually not in any hurry!

Besides the sun, the Kiwi U-Powered Charger can charge from the wall, car, or USB port so you have lots of options wherever you are. It comes with 11 tips, has a flashlight on the front, and the entire back of the device is magnetic.

Simplify your technological life with an all in one charger AND flashlight!

  16. I want this. It’s so cool that you can charge your stuff OUTSIDE! So when the end of the world comes, I can still call my family on my solar charged cell phone. I love it.

  17. My husband and son just got back from a camping trip on Sunday. They could have used both these products! Our next outing is scheduled for Labor Day weekend; these items would be very useful. (The Moshi alarm clock kind of amazes me, the way it “hears” voice commands. Cool!) Thanks!

  30. I’d like to win the clock because I like the idea of setting the clock verbally, so much easier and more accurate for me. I’d like to win the charger because I need something that is portable and I like that it is environmentally friendly using solar power.
