HOW I KEEP FRESH ON THE GO
Aunt Flow always leaves me feeling yucky in nearly every way. Keeping fresh helps me to get through it all until the next month.
I typically use a reusable menstrual cup, which can sometime be a messy ordeal, but I like the reusable and chemical free aspects of that option.
Using a panty liner with a menstrual cup IS A MUST and Carefree is all I have in my stash. They’re inexpensive, absorbent, and help me to feel fresh. They’re so small it’s easy to fit a handful in my purse, my glove compartment, my diaper bag, and even my pocket.
And if I may be frank…some kind of moist towelettes (if you’ve got babies in diapers, baby wipes are a great solution) is REALLY helpful in keeping fresh. Sometimes toilet paper just doesn’t cut it…
Aunt Flow is typically an unwelcome visitor in all of our lives, and we just have to make the best of it. Gotta love nature…and Carefree!
