Giveaway #11 is for another fun and very simple pattern from YouCanMakeThis.com!
THE PRIZE
YouCanMakeThis.com is giving away their Personalized Name Pillow Pattern to 2 crafty readers!
MY REVIEW
I haven’t had a chance to make this pillow yet, but I will for my two boys when I finish up everything I’m currently working on, because 1. they’re adorable 2. my son would love his own pillow and 3. what a great way for a child to learn to recognize his name!
Even though I haven’t used this exact pattern before, I know that YouCanMakeThis patterns are very thorough with detailed verbal explanations accompanied by lots of pictures. The steps are short so they’re easy to follow – even the most inexperienced sewing crafter will have great success with these beginner sewing patterns.
I’m excited can’t wait to use the letter patterns. I love appliqueing, and this alphabet design they include in the pattern (upper and lower case letters) is great – something I can definitely use for more than just this project.
If you’re a beginner, I would definitely suggest browsing YouCanMakeThis for a pattern to start with, because they really are easy to understand and fun too!

Those pillpws are precious! I definately need to check out their beginner sewing patterns. My older one knows all her letters and this would be a great way to decorate her room and also teach her how to spell her name. These would also make great gift opportunities as well.
