So my first thought is to use it for making drinks like frozen margaritas… er, I mean fruit smoothies. :) I love making cheese dip with diced tomatoes and green chilies, but I find that even diced the pieces are sometimes too big. This would be ideal for getting the ingredients just the way I want them without the bother of dragging out that humongous food processor.”
