Giveaway #17 is for another essential baby proofing item, designed to protect your house and your child from each other!
THE PRIZE
Safety 1st is sponsoring AGAIN! They’re giving one reader their new Nature Next Bamboo Safety Gate ($23).
MY REVIEW
Just like the Bamboo Booster seat, the Nature Next Bamboo Gate is made from that eco-friendly, rapidly replenishing, natural bamboo that looks great and is “green” as well. The panels are 100% recycled, and I love the black!
This gate fits door and hallways anywhere from 28 – 42 inches wide, so pretty much anywhere you need to restrict access, this gate will do the job. The pressure mounted system makes setting it up and moving it around fast and easy, and is very effective at keeping your child in or out, whichever you need at the moment! It’s 24″ tall, so you shouldn’t have any fence jumping…I hope!
We recently moved our 2 year old from the crib to a toddler bed, and we use this gate to keep him from getting up in the middle of the night and wandering around or falling down the stairs. I like using a safety gate much better than shutting the door because I can hear him better and feel more confident that he’s okay. Even for a taller-than-average 2 year old, this gate keeps him in his room where we want him. The pressure mounting is strong enough that he can’t knock it over and there’s no way he could jump over it.
I love the Safety 1st Nature Next collection because of the high quality, eco-friendly materials and great appearance! Thanks again, Safety 1st!

We just moved to NoVA where most of the homes have stairs. We’ve never lived in a home with stairs before, and it’ll be a challenge with our almost 2 year old. I expect to need some gates, so it’ll be great to win this attractive one.

I seriously need one of these! The one we have now is no good and is warped and hard to put up.
I would love to have this on hand for when I’m watching my granddaughter!
I really need that gate!! Since having our last baby, we moved into a new house with FOUR sets of stairs! Now we are expecting another baby and will need several gates to keep her safe once she arrives. This looks like a wonderful gate!
I need to win this so I can install it at Grandpa’s house!

I need to win because I don’t have a gate and my son is everywhere. It makes me nervous how much he loves going up the stairs and he has no idea how to get back down. I have a serious fear that he will try and climb down and fall. I really need this gate!

We need this gate! We lived in a one story house when we had our first and didn’t need a gate, we could just close doors as needed. But now we live in a two story house and are expecting baby #2. We need a gate!

Well . . . I don’t have any more small children but I do have a little dog that I am trying to keep away from the bedrooms upstairs. She has been with us for over two years and now, all of the sudden, she likes my son’s bedroom – to do things that she shouldn’t be doing inside and never had a problem with before. He moved out about 5 months ago and his room is to become my new scrapbooking room but I have to get this other problem undercontrol but still leave the door open.
I would love this. We have weird stairs in our home and when our granddaughter comes to visit I have to put a chair and an end table up against them to at least slow her progress in getting to the stairs. She still tries to crawl under and squeeze through… so it’s a very imperfect system.
This gate looks like it would fit the bill and it looks great too!
Thanks for the giveaway!
Robin
I need to win this for my baby boy, who’s getting more mobile and adventurous. Thanks for the giveaway!

I would really love to win this for my daughter. She has 5 children and my grandson just started walking and is now getting into everything so when she is going after him her 2 year old starts. I would love for her to have this for a way to keep some control to put this gate on her kitchen doorway. Thank you so much!

I need this because my son gets in to everything! He just started walking and he is all over the place!
I have two little ones on the move (1 and 3 year old). Knowing they cannot escape from the area would save my sanity. I don’t have enough gates for our 4 level split and constantly need to drag on up or down the stairs.
Our littlest is still just 3 months but she’ll be moving around before we know it and I don’t yet have a baby gate for her. This would be fabulous to protect her from areas where she could get hurt! Thanks!

Little yorkie. Enough said.
This is a very attractive baby gate, I just love the look of bamboo. We could use this gate as I have a one year old that wants to play in the bathroom while my two year old is trying to potty…this gate looks like an attractive solution.

This would be great for keep my little guy away from the stairs. Currently we have a doorway between our kitchen and entryway and I’m always afraid he’ll go down the stairs. I usually don’t let him in the kitchen because of this!

We would need this b/c the one we have is not wide enough to block hallway and need to potty train 2 yr. old w/o her baby sister crawling to the bathroom and playing with the potty chair! (not that that has happened or anything:))
We need one of these badly my little one just started walking and my sweet loving husband left an older gate we had outside all winter. I didn’t even know it was there…..
We need to win this gate because our little guy is such a busy body ,we need to try to contain him is smaller areas!

This gate looks great! I would love to win this gate so I can add another barrier to the doors heading out to the pool. I can not find a gate that seems to adjust and is tall enough to give that extra sense of security that we need.
this would be super helpful for when our little one arrives! :)

We need this because we are adopting a child and we want them to be safe from the laundry room and water heater.
I am in desperate need of this, because my son just started crawling and we have stairs! AAHHH! The gate we had for our first born we gave to my mom, because my neice (14 months) is now living with her, because my sister-in-law passed away. (it wouldn’t be right for me to ask for it back.)
