MY REVIEW
If you want to find a good quality product, take a look at the knock-offs. There are so many knock-offs of the Keen sandals, which just tells you they’re pretty great shoes!
The last pair of water shoes I had were those water sock things, which I loved as a kid, but they’re not so good for rocky river type out-dooring like these heavy duty Keens are. They’re also a little bit dorky…
I love the Whisper style because you can wear them with your swimming suit in the water or to the grocery store with jeans. They’re super comfortable – the fabric is soft but durable and won’t give you blisters or sores even if you’re wearing them wet with no socks. The colors are fabulous, and I love the pattern all the negative spaces make. When I wear them, I find myself looking at my feet a lot…
But comfort is the biggest appeal for me. The back strap is super stretchy and soft so the shoes give with each step you take and will never rub your foot raw. All of the fabric touching your foot, in fact, is a soft and stretchy fabric and the stuff on the exterior is a tougher, more durable material that is built to last. Blisters are the last thing I need when I’m having fun in the sun!
The color selection is probably the second best thing about Keens. You can get yourself a pair of Keens in any shade you could ever want!
Keens are great shoes for all of summer’s activities and they will last you for years and years!
