Spring Review – Columbia Sportswear

Spring is my FAVORITE season of the year, and this year Columbia has a whole bunch of great new products out for Spring adventuring.

They sent me the new Back Up Sport Knee Pants to try out, and they’re perfect for hiking, biking, running, and more.

The fabric is thick and stretchy, so it bends and moves with you. The waistband is extra wide for comfort and perfect fit, and it also rises a little higher in the back to cover you any way you move. The fabric has advanced evaporation technology that keeps me dry no matter my activity.

These are definitely not maternity, but they feel great on my pregnant body. That waist band is stretchy enough for my growing belly, but will be perfect when I’m back to normal.

These are just the kind of pants I love to wear all day long! As comfortable as pajamas but way more sporty and versatile.

Columbia sent something for Elliot to try out as well – the BugShield shirt with Omni-Shade Sun Protection and Insect Blocker technology.

We went hiking last weekend and Elliot was a big fan of this shirt – no sunscreen and no bug spray!

This particular shirt has UPF 50 sun protection. It’s made from a polyester knit, so the fabric is fast-wicking and anti-microbial – great for water and land play.

The Insect Blocker technology is safe for anyone – kids, pregnant women, etc. and the fabric retains that synthetic repellent for up to 70 washings.

Elliot and I are outfitted for spring – thanks Columbia!
