GIVEAWAY – Over $100 in Baking Products from Wilton

I always walk through the baking isle in craft stores and drool over all the wonderful baking tools from Wilton. I am such a sucker for specialized little tools and gadgets, cake pans of all shapes and sizes, tiny muffin cups, cookie cutters, and sprinkles…I do love sprinkles…

One lucky winner will win the following collection of baking products from Wilton:

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Cookie Pro Ultra Double Heart Cutter Lips Cutter Jumbo Cookie Sheet
Dough Scraper Jumbo Cookie Spatula Rolling Pin Silicone Baking Mat

The winner will also receive a set of 9 metal Valentine’s themed cookie cutters. Imagine all the baking you could do with these fun products!

MY REVIEW

Like I said before, I love this aisle in the Craft stores because Wilton’s stuff is always so colorful, well made, specialized, and fun! Seeing all those handy products makes me want to bake, and that’s a good thing!

If you read my cinnamon roll post from last week, you know how much easier these products have made my baking life. The dough scraper, rolling pin, and baking mat are must haves for things like cinnamon rolls, pie crusts, scones, and more. And I love Wilton’s Comfort Grip cookie cutters because comfort is an important factor when you’re cutting out hundreds of sugar cookies in one afternoon – Wilton thought of that. And getting cookies off that jumbo cookie sheet is much faster with that jumbo spatula.

These products have made me realize that Wilton is trying to make baking as fun and enjoyable as possible. Making the rolling pin very large and heavy with removable handles for easy cleaning makes using it much easier! It rolls things out faster and cleans up quicker. All their products are like that – using Wilton’s products makes it clear that the people who are producing this stuff actually bake and know what we want in a kitchen tool.

If you haven’t browsed Wilton’s website lately, check out all their recipes and seasonal celebrations ideas – if I ever need to make a gift or dessert, Wilton is the first place I go.

I love Wilton. Just going to their website looks so clean and put together. Isnt that how we all want our things to be. I couldnt possibly decide on one thing and often go for broke. Decorating, ideas, recipes, classes! OMG its all there. I wish they had a way to reach inside your computer and touch it. I am a very touchy person and feel that when you can touch and feel its quality you know its going to be worth your money. This website, you just know that its quality and they do have an outstanding reputation! I would love to be chosen for this giveway. If I had to choose which product I couldn’t live without would be the turntables. Love the concept ,love the best way it helps to decorate your cakes. This would be it. Check them out you too will have to have one……..Diane

I only discovered that the local craft store had one of these aisles a couple of weeks ago. I stared long and hard and asked my sister if I had a need for any of the shaped pans. She said no (probably true) but I still wanted several things. When I looked at the whilton site I saw something that caught my eye. The Bite size brownie squares pan. I would like to say that it would help me eat less brownies, but I think the brownies would just be poppable bits of chocolate joy.

Kelsey, I couldn’t live with out the cupcake silicone baking cups! They have cute little teddy bears, animal feet, and “human” feet! My kids would get such a kick out of those. However, the transportation puzzle cakes come at a close second!

What little guy (or girl) wouldn’t love one of these for his birthday? (Puzzle cake)

Oh I love the baking aisle too! I am so planning on taking the Wilton classes one of these days as I have dreams of making beautiful cakes. I have to say right now, my favorite Wilton products are the comfort – grip cookie cutters. Everytime I see a new one, I have to have it. They are not only good for making perfect cookies, but I use them to cut shaped sandwiches for my kids too. They love them!

What a great prize. I’ve used Wilton Products all my life, first playing and then working alongside my grandmother decorating cakes for sale.

I have or want to buy several more cake shape pans. But, my can’t live without are the flower nails, icing bags and HUGE assortment of tips. i could sit all all day and make icing flowers.

The most favorite cake I made was a straw hat with a cap ribbon and bow and flower explosion, complete with lace of the edges. It looked fit to wear to the Kentucky Derby. I made this for my daughter’s 6th birthday little girls’ dress-up party.

I would love to add this prize set to my wares.

Well, I know that I’m going to be buying some square-shaped cake pans.
AND I’ve been eying their collection of gel food coloring …

Yes, for as lazy as I am, I would love to have all sorts of their products … so when I FEEL like baking and decorating a masterpiece, I’ll be able to ACT on that desire. Before it passes.

And you already know that I subscribe to your RSS-feed, and the newsletter. Since I’m obsessed with you and love the chance to sorta “pick your brain” on all the fun domestic skills that I’m so sadly lacking. ^_^

But, OH, what I wouldn’t give for the time to take a Wilton Decorating class. That would be pretty dang awesome.

I love all the great ideas on their site for dressing up cakes and cookies. I’d say I couldn’t live without their Cupcakes and More cupcake stand. This would be great for my son’s upcoming first birthday.

I love the sprinkles! I love making pretzel rods covered with candy melts and sprinkles for the holiday or season. These make such fun gifts. I also use my heart shape candy mold ALOT! I love to melt chocolate in it, let it set up and then use for the center of peanut butter cookies. Just that little bit makes the cookies extra special for my family.
