Lately, I’ve been in the mood for quick and easy, and here’s another Q&E way to decorate a paper bag for delivering St. Paddy’s day treats (or green popcorn).
Whenever the really narrow, solid colored Offray Spool O’ Ribbon is on sale, I stock up in every color because it’s cheap and I use it to decorate/gift wrap everything.
So fold over the top of a paper bag, punch a hole, and thread rainbow ribbon colors through. Quick. Easy. Done.
