Family Fun | Back-To-School Giveaway — Seagate FreeAgent Go Chrome SE & Dock (CLOSED)

I’m a scrapbook and want to go digital. I have been slowly scanning all my pics and just got a digital camera…I know I’m just know getting hip to it. I’m not so confident that my laptop can handle all the pics cause it has been freezing up on me. I would love to back up all my things to an external hard drive where I know it would be safe.

Nearly a year ago my hard drive on my laptop crashed and I spent a lot of time, money, and endless tears trying to recover my pictures. I would love to have this to backup all of my pictures on so this doesn’t have to happen again.

As a photographer, I am very quickly running out of room on my hard drive to store clients (and my own ) photos.

I always lose my tiny little flash drive (because it’s not on my key chain). The Seagate definately won’t be lost with thebright colors and dock, it can sit right in my office.

i NEED this to back up all my pictures! you see, i am a picture ho. i have a hard time deleting all but the worst ones, because you just never know. right now i have everything on discs, but i either need a bigger safe or an external drive!

I am tempting fate by never having backed up EVERY PHOTO of my children ever. I need this Seagate.

My husband has been wanting an external hard drive for a long time. We just got out of college, so we just haven’t been able to purchase one yet. We have lots of pictures, and now that I have started digital scrapbooking, we are running low on space on our little laptop. This would be so perfect!

I NEED this! My laptop is only a few months old and I keep having to dump it because I keep filling it up with pictures, itunes, and videos. HELP!!!!!! Hoping I win!!!!!! :)

Started doing photography this year and need more storage! this would be perfect!!!

Having enough storage for photos and all the other applications my computer needs is one of the things that drives me crazy. I have so many photos and have them in too many places. This would be fabulous for me to keep them in one place and carry them with me to have when I need them. I would so love the have this!

I’ve spend the past year scanning hundreds of photos and documents from my great-grandparents. Instead of putting it all on multiple discs it would be so much more convenient to have this!! What a great giveaway!

I love external drives! It is so easy to transfer files to any computer and it is much safer for those files not to be in danger if your computer bites the big one… It would be so nice to have this because my current external is kinda full… ;-)

I need to have something like this because I share my computer with 2 teenagers and they have downloaded some viruses to my harddrive. I need to get all my pictures off before I can erase the drive and start all over. I have hundreds of precious pictures and don’t want to loose them.

My computer is currently “packed, full, etc.” with scrapbooking, photos, music, etc. I have over 100 CD’s and DVD’s everywhere with backups and I would love to have everything all in one place. This would help me stay organized and stop panicking about my stuff getting lost.

I need this badly….my old portable drive is almost full, and I don’t know what I’ll do…I take too many photos, digital scrap, and have a whole folder of ideas to save for the future…this would be a LIFESAVER!

I am horrible about backing up my photos and other items from my computer. I keep everything on my computer, the details of my whole life. I have a small drive and I back up specific files erratically but I don’t have anything big enough to back up my whole hard drive. This would do that with plenty of space left over.

I need to win this! I’ve been a victim of losing my all of my pictures, videos & digi scrap kits in the past. I’ve tried finding ways of backing them up, but nothing seems to be the best solution over an external drive. I am a women entrepreneur and business woman. I’m always on the go, which makes it tough to store data and take it with me. I need a place to store business documents, but even more important, I need a place for the personal things such as pictures of my family. My family is located in another state and my husband is out of town a lot for work. I take a ton of pictures and scan documents they have created to keep everyone up to date on the growth and milestones of our girls. Lucked out the first time my computer crashed as didn’t lose everything on my hard drive. Since that time, I’ve been trying to back up everything on CDs but that is SO time consuming and not the most efficient way. Nothing is automatic unless I get a Seagate Freeagent Go. Just recently I was recommending this as a means of backing up a friend’s hard drive. He can afford to buy one but I can’t right now. Would love to be the winner of this great giveaway!

I have a ton of Digital 8 tapes with videos of our children from birth up. I have transferred some of the videos to dvd, but many of them would be lost forever if the tapes got ruined. They need to be backed up in a couple of different places so they will be sure to exist when the kids grow up. The Seagate Freeagent would be perfect for preserving these memories (plus they would be easy to transfer back to the computer for editing).

I really NEED one of these as I have loads of digital pictures that I don’t want to lose!!

It sounds like we all NEED this because we have a lot of PICTURES that we need to store. So I am going to jump out of the box on this one! I am a pretty big JOURNAL writer, BLOG writer, EVENT writer…I like to remember days & moments. I started little notebooks when my daughters were born & I write little things that I never want to forget. I write about every other night. I have started typing these up on my computer so that if anything should happen to the notebooks, I would have a place to retrieve them. Having this external hard drive would be a great place to store all of those important things!!!!! And besides that, I really really WANT TO WIN :)! Thanks for the opportunity to enter!!!
