Book Talk: All the World

all the world childrens picture book review

I’m rather choosy about my children’s books, and this one is a smash at our house. All the World is a beautiful picture book that I do not get tired of reading to my sons. Both the illustrations and the message are wonderful.

Here’s one of my favorite sections of the book:

“Slip, trip, stumble, fall
Tip the bucket, spill it all
Better luck another day
All the world goes round this way.”

It just makes me feel calm inside and hopeful. I love it…

Love this one, we got it for Christmas. It’s beautiful, too. I think it won some kind of award?

I really like the part you shared and am curious about the rest so I will be venturing out to buy this one. The message of the book is so important for my oldest daughter to understand! Thanks!!!

I love, love, love Marla Frazee!!! One of our faves that she illustrated is The Seven Silly Eaters. Check that one out if you haven’t already. It is by Mary Ann Hoberman
