This is a very cute and short story about a little boy who is sent to the store by his mother with a list of grocery items to pick up. The little boy repeats all the things in his head so he won’t forget, only he gets them a little mixed up.
This story is funny and the rhyming is great. Rhyming is great for kids – those similar sounds help kids to relate words together and realize how similar many words are.
Pat Hutchins is a great author with many wonderful children’s books – you’re going to love this one!
